Welcome to QR Give. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website and digital donation services (collectively, the "Services") operated by QR Give ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Services.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and make online financial contributions.

2. Donations and Payments

• Voluntary Contributions: All donations made through QR Give are voluntary and unrestricted gifts to support our mission and programs.

• Payment Authorization: When you provide payment information, you authorize our third-party payment processors to charge the specified donation amount to your designated payment method.

• Refund Policy: Because donations are immediately deployed to fund our charitable activities, all donations made through the platform are final and non-refundable, except in documented cases of technical duplication or unauthorized fraudulent card use.

• Tax Documentation: QR Give will provide a donation receipt via email for tax purposes, but donors are solely responsible for determining the tax deductibility of their contributions based on their local jurisdiction's laws.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using our platform:

• Using the platform for any unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.

• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services.

• Modifying, adapting, hacking, or reverse-engineering any part of the QR Give digital platform or QR generation systems.

• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, functionality, logos, and digital designs are and will remain the exclusive property of QR Give and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of QR Give.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services integrate with third-party payment gateways and may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by QR Give. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or payment processors.
